How does SaaS pricing work?
SaaS is priced per user per month and billed annually: ₹250 + GST in India, or US$6.99 internationally. The minimum is 5 users, so a 5-user firm pays ₹1,250 a month (₹15,000 a year) + GST. Add users at the same rate as the team grows.
What counts as a user?
Partners, staff and article trainees who log in to ERPCA. Clients are free: add as many client entities and client-portal users as you have.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on SaaS. Your team can set up clients and workflows before you commit. Use the contact page or book a demo and we will set it up.
What is On-Premise?
ERPCA installed on your own servers or private cloud, under your firm's name, logo and domain, for firms with 100 or more users. Your data stays in your infrastructure. It is licensed for your own practice only and cannot be resold or used to run other firms. Pricing is on request.
What is Assisted Deployment?
A hands-on programme on top of either plan: a Practice Health baseline before go-live, guided set-up and data migration, team training, and quarterly Practice Health reviews against the baseline. Pricing is on request.
Is WhatsApp included?
WhatsApp integration is a paid add-on. It sends document requests, due-date reminders, invoices and payment follow-ups to clients on WhatsApp from ERPCA. Ask us for pricing.
Are the website, Google profile and marketing services included?
No. The website, Google Business Profile and local SEO, client newsletters, social media management and ads management are add-ons. Add any of them to SaaS or On-Premise when you want them.
Can a CA firm run ads?
Chartered Accountants in practice cannot solicit work through advertising under the ICAI Code of Ethics, so for CA firms social media stays informational and ads management is not offered. Tax consultants who are not CAs, accounting agencies, KPOs and firms outside India can use ads management.
I am already an ERPCA customer. Does anything change?
No. Your current plan continues at your current rate.
Do prices include GST?
Indian prices are exclusive of GST. International prices are in US dollars and billed annually.
